Welcome! This charming 3-bedroom apartment in Caniço is an excellent choice for families and friends seeking a comfortable and well-located holiday home. Situated on the second floor, it offers easy access and a relaxing atmosphere. The living room features a spacious, cozy sofa, a wide-screen smart TV for streaming your favorite shows, and a dining table. It also opens onto a balcony, where you can unwind and take in the beautiful ocean views. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials for preparing delicious meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, and a dining table for four with a separate dining room for six. For added convenience, the apartment also includes a washer/dryer and ironing equipment. The sleeping arrangements consist of three inviting bedrooms: one with a king-size bed, another with a queen-size bed, and a third with two single beds. Each bed is fitted with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort. The two bathrooms are stocked with all necessary amenities, including fresh towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment also offers two private and covered parking spaces, ensuring total convenience and security for your vehicle. The ground floor of the building where the apartment is located has various services and convenience stores, such as a supermarket, liquor store, coffee shop, hair salon, and a tourism/excursion office. Other information

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
