Located on the first floor (no lift), this spacious and cosy flat is ideal for accommodating up to 8 guests. The living area comprises a lounge with a sofa bed, TV, dining area and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster). Each of the 3 bedrooms has a double bed. There is a bathroom with a shower and washbasin, as well as a separate toilet. The keys can be collected from a secure key box located a 9-minute walk (650 metres) from the property. A security deposit of 800 Euro is required for all bookings.
