In the heart of Rennes, enjoy an apartment that can accommodate up to 6 guests. Ideally situated on the banks of the Vilaine, just a stone’s throw from Place de la République, shops, restaurants and transport links.
Space
Located on the first floor of a block of flats (no lift), this flat is centred around a living room featuring a sofa bed, a television and a dining area. For sleeping arrangements, there are two bedrooms, each with a double bed. The fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and Nespresso coffee machine) allows you to prepare your own meals. A bathroom with a shower and toilet completes the accommodation. Please note before booking : - The keys are to be collected from a secure key box located a 9-minute walk (650 metres) from the property. - A security deposit of 600 Euro is required for each stay.
