Ideal for a holiday or business trip, everything is within walking distance : metro lines A and B, shops, restaurants and the Marché des Lices.

Located on the 3rd floor (accessible only by stairs; no lift), this functional and well-designed studio is laid out as follows : - A living area comprising a sofa bed, a table and chairs for dining or working. - An open-plan kitchen area, equipped for preparing meals (electric hob, microwave, mini-fridge, kettle, coffee machine and toaster). - A bathroom with a shower, washbasin and toilet. Please note before booking : - The accommodation does not have WiFi (ideal for a complete break from technology or a simple, uncluttered stay !). - A security deposit of 300€ is required for each booking.
