This 30 m² studio on the 1st floor, without an elevator, located in the 10th arrondissement of Paris, is the perfect place for two people. It features a bright space with a double bed and a bathroom. You’ll enjoy the close proximity to many tourist attractions, and the Jacques Bonsergent metro station is just a 3-minute walk from the apartment.

Welcome to my apartment! The studio is close to Canal Saint-Martin and République. The entrance to this 30 m² studio opens into a bright and elegantly decorated space. The living area has a double bed (140x200), carefully made with hotel-quality linens. A closet allows you to store your belongings, making you feel right at home, and there's also a large television. The dining area features a table that can seat up to two guests. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the essential appliances and utensils for preparing your meals (refrigerator, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine). The bathroom has a sink, mirror, and shower, while the toilet is separate. You'll have access to Wi-Fi during your stay. The studio is professionally cleaned between stays, and a smoke detector is installed for your safety. Please note that there is ongoing construction work in the building until April 2025, which may cause some noise during the day. Enjoy your stay!

Hello, everything was perfect except that a single key was given for a reservation for 2 people. The house is extremely clean. The location was very good. I will stay when I come again.
