Welcome to my home ! I welcome you in my 35 square meters apartment in the heart of the 11th district of PARIS, located on the 3rd floor without elevator, ideal for 4 people. It is located near the Canal Saint-Martin, the Place de la République and the Bataclan

Located in Paris, on the 3rd floor without elevator, the apartment is bright, design and perfect for a tourist or professional stay, with friends or family, with a capacity of up to 4 people. It is composed of a bedroom with a double bed, a shower room with Italian shower and a modern kitchen open to a beautiful living room with a sofa bed and a television. You will have everything you need to have an excellent stay: Sheets and bath towels, Coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, oven, baking trays, fridge, television, iron, hair dryer, washing machine, drying rack, toaster. You will be very well served by public transport to stroll around the city and its surroundings, namely the Parmentier station (Metro line 3), Oberkampf station (Metro lines 5 et 9), République station (Metro lines 3, 5, 8, 9, 11) and the Ferry - Lenoir bus station (line 20)! All these nearby metro and bus lines will allow you to easily and quickly reach the different sites of the 2024 Olympic Games! You will find many shops nearby such as a Franprix at 3 min walking distance and the Marché Popincourt at 3 min walking distance. The neighborhood is very popular with locals and tourists, so don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I'll be happy to share my favorites with you! A professional cleaning is done before and after each trip. Please note that check-in is independent via a key box.
