Welcome! This lovely 35m2 apartment is on the 4th floor, accessible by lift (please note the lift is out of service at the moment, therefore can only access via stairs). The living room has a sitting area, a Smart TV to watch all your favourite Netflix shows and a dining table. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group. The apartment is equipped with 150MB Superfast Fibre Wifi. The area includes floor-to-ceiling windows that lead onto a furnished balcony where you can fully relax. The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and cutleries to fulfil your culinary requirements. A washer is also available for your laundry needs. The bedroom contains a comfortable double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep and multiple storage spaces. The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! Important note: There are building works going on in one of the adjoining buildings, so there may be some noise during the day. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Other information

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
