25m² studio for 2 people in the heart of Lyon's Presqu'île. An ideal base for a stay of a few nights or several weeks during a business or tourist trip. Its prime location means you can discover the beautiful city of Lyon on foot, with all the restaurants and shops nearby.
Space
Studio on the 7th floor with lift, comprising an entrance hall with storage space (wardrobe and shelving), a bathroom with a walk-in shower and washbasin with storage space and a separate WC. In the main room you'll find the kitchenette, equipped with induction hob, coffee machine, kettle, microwave, fridge, a small table with two chairs and everything you need for cooking. Finally, the sleeping area has a 140x200 bed, a small flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi. For your comfort, the flat is ready to welcome you. We provide hotel-quality laundry (bed linen already in place, towels, bath mat, tea towel) as well as 3 welcome kits for the first night / first morning: 1 bathroom kit for 2 people (1 shampoo, 1 shower gel, 1 bar of soap, 3 make-up remover discs, 4 cotton buds, 1 nail file); 1 edible kit for 2 people (2 coffee capsules, 2 tea bags, 2 cocoa pods, 3 sugar pods, 2 mini-cookies); 1 cleaning kit for the stay (1 sponge, 1 washing machine tablet). Included in the cleaning charge.
