Far away from the bustling sounds of downtown traffic, but within walking distance of vibrant Vieux Lyon and the picturesque canals of the Saône River.

Welcome to my home! A calming respite just 8 minutes away from the embankments of the Saône, my home is a rustic Canut that has been converted into a contemporary duplex. It is ideal for couples wanting to be close to downtown Lyon but far enough from the bustling traffic and crowds. Guests will be nestled in laidback Vieux Lyon, with its historical Renaissance-era mansions and picturesque roads dotted with charming cafes and boutiques to explore. The duplex is 15m2 with a tiny winding staircase that leads to the bedroom. The living area is where guests will find all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay, with a small high table with two sets of bar stools, a small kitchen that's more than capable of cooking full meals, a mini-fridge, an electric hob and an exhaust ventilator. Make yourself warming latter or strong black brew with the complementary coffee machine provided. Upstairs, the bedroom has a low-slung ceiling that lends an inviting ambience, but taller people will have to mind their heads. It has a double bed, complimentary hotel-quality linens, and a work desk with a window. The bathroom is underneath the bedroom and has everything for guests to freshen up, including towels, toiletries and a hairdryer. Rest assured, my apartment is professionally cleaned for your safety. Renting this apartment requires a lease signature constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum. Pets are not allowed in this apartment, and both inside and outside areas are non-smoking. It is crucial to maintain quietness, as no noise is tolerated in this building.
