Comfortable 27m2 studio perfect for couples, families, solo travelers and business travelers. Located in Lyon, France's gastronomical capital, this charming flat is within walking distance to many of Lyon's top attractions and can accommodate up to 2 guests. The apartment is very homely as it is cozy and has a very modern setting. It also has all the essentials required for your full comfort!

The accommodation is very functional. With a surface of 27m2, you have a large living room with all the comforts to feel at home. A sitting area with a TV and its BoxTV, sofa and coffee table. Furnished and equipped: - Closet - wardrobe - TV, Wifi, internet with cable - Double bed, blankets, bedding - Equipped kitchen - A launderette in the residence available - Iron, drying Close to the Gare Part-Dieu which is the center of all Lyonnais public transport. Bus, metro, tram, as well as Rhônexpress (Lyon-Saint-Exupéry Airport). A workspace consisting of a large table where you can install your computer equipment. An internet cable is also available if you want to optimize your internet connection. A clean bathroom with a large mirror and all the necessary toiletries. A washing machine is available downstairs for the whole building (not free). A fully-equipped kitchen. Towels, tea, coffee, soap, and shampoo are provided.

Small pets are allowed for an additional fee, payable at the time of booking. Please be mindful that their presence should not disrupt future stays or disturb our neighbors. Guests are responsible for removing any pet hair from the property, and we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning or any pet-related damage.
