Relax in the bright living room which features a convertible double sofabed facing a fireplace and a flat-screen TV. There are also two large windows that illuminate the space. If you fancy dining in, there's an attached dining area where you can eat your meals with loved ones! The separate kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and cutleries you’ll need to whip up a delicious meal including a stove, a microwave, and a toaster. Plus, there's a washer for all your laundry needs! The bedroom contains a queen bed, large wardrobe and complimentary hotel-quality linens that are at your disposal. The bathroom has all the essentials you’ll need to freshen up such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. Have a pleasant stay!

Please note we do charge a 20€ late check-in fee after 10PM. If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum. Small pets are allowed for an additional fee, payable at the time of booking. Please be mindful that their presence should not disrupt future stays or disturb our neighbors. Guests are responsible for removing any pet hair from the property, and we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning or any pet-related damage.
