Welcome! A classic family home, here you'll find everything you will need for a comfortable stay. The lower level includes the kitchen, dining area, and laundry. The ground floor features the entrance, lounge, and garden. The 1st floor has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, while the 2nd floor consists of 1 bedroom and an additional bathroom. The living room is cosy with a lovely sofa set, and a flat-screen TV above the fireplace. The dining area separates the living room with the fully equipped kitchen. Here you'll find everything you'll need to whip up a fresh meal. The home has 3 bedrooms, 1 is fitted with a King-sized bed, 1 with a Queen-sized bed, and the last one with a bunk bed (2 singles). All the beds have been fitted with hotel quality linens for your comfort. There are 2 bathrooms, in both you'll find a bathtub with an attached shower, as well as a toilet, sink and mirror.We also provide fresh towels and free toiletries for your convenience. In our home, your health comes first. We follow an enhanced cleaning protocol, with professional cleaning, and strategic disinfection. We also provide fresh towels and free eco-friendly toiletries. NOTE: Guests are allowed to smoke outside the property only!
Access
Guests will have access to the entire home! The keys will need to be picked up at a store just around the corner from the Fulham Broadway station, only a couple of minutes from the property.

NOTE: Guests are allowed to smoke outside the property only! This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in anytime of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time. Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :) There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in or on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 GBP smoking fee, at minimum. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
