The master bedroom benefits from an ensuite bathroom with a separate shower and a luxurious bathtub, while the second bathroom features a sleek walk-in shower. The living area is a sophisticated yet cosy space, complete with a plush sofa, a striking marble fireplace, and a wall-mounted TV for relaxed evenings in. Natural light floods the space, thanks to large bay windows with elegant shutters, and a chic dining area sits adjacent, perfect for intimate meals or morning coffee. Downstairs, an additional dining area offers an alternative space for entertaining, seamlessly leading to an indoor courtyard terrace—a private oasis in the city. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. For this service a fee of £30 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £50 would apply from 7pm onwards. Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in.
