Located on the top floor of a traditional Edinburgh building (stairs only, no lift) This spacious apartment features: Living & Kitchen: Open-plan living area with stylish decor, comfortable 3-seater sofa, flat-screen TV, and fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, and refrigerator—perfect for preparing home-cooked meals. Dining table seats 4. Bedrooms: Two bright and airy double bedrooms, each tastefully decorated with comfortable double beds and ample storage for your belongings.
Access
Guests will have access to the entire home! There are only stairs for access to the flat which is located on the 3rd floor.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.
Other information
The access is up 3 flights of stairs Please note we do charge a £30 late check in fee between 10PM and 12AM and £50 between 12AM and 7AM. If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us. Also note that we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :) There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 smoking fee, at minimum.Please also note we do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
