Space

Welcome to our home! The property is located on the 2nd floor without an elevator. Tastefully furnished in a modern style, our flat is ideal for family and friends on a holiday retreat in this beautiful city! The flat has tall windows that flood the spacious lounge with sunlight. Here, you'll find a lovely sofa bed for one and a flat-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows. The open-planned kitchen is next to the lounge and is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a fresh meal. The bedroom features a double bed with hotel-quality linens to ensure comfort. The bathroom has a bathtub, an attached showerhead, a toilet, and a sink. We also provide fresh towels and complimentary eco-friendly toiletries for your convenience. The flat is always professionally cleaned before your arrival. Have a lovely stay.


Access

On the day of your arrival, you can seamlessly complete the check-in process using Keynest by visiting a nearby store within walking distance of the property. You will receive your keys by providing a code to the store attendant. The store's address and the required code will be conveniently shared with you at least 48 hours before your scheduled time, and the code is valid within 30 minutes before your scheduled time. Please note that keys are also required to be dropped off at checkout.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.


Other information

This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in anytime of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time. Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :) There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 GBP smoking fee, at minimum. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).

Pleasant flat very well located on the main axis of the old town and perfect for visiting. One small problem was that the heating and hot water were turned off when we arrived without being informed.
