Welcome to your Bruntsfield home! We are on the 4th floor via stairs - there is no lift. This bright, beautifully appointed flat on the 4th floor (stair access) offers everything for a relaxing Edinburgh retreat with stunning natural light. Living Area: Spacious living room with comfortable sofas, Smart TV for streaming entertainment, and large windows flooding the space with sunshine. Kitchen: Fully equipped with all essential cookware, cutlery, and dishware. Includes washing machine and ironing equipment. Dining area with extendable table comfortably seats 4 Bedrooms: Two generously sized double bedrooms, each featuring hotel-quality linens, fresh sheets, and ample storage space. Sleeps up to 4 guests comfortably. Bathroom: Full bathroom with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries. Your home will be professionally cleaned and sanitised before arrival. Enjoy your stay!

NOTE: Please be aware that candles, tea lights and ethanol burners are not allowed in the flat. This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time. Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :) There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 GBP smoking fee, at a minimum. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
