Welcome to my apartment! Modern and tastefully decorated, this lovely 60m² apartment is located on the fourth floor without an elevator. This apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa, a TV, and a dining table for four. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a cooking plate, an oven and a microwave. The apartment also has an ironing equipment for your laundry needs. The main bedroom has a queen bed, whilst the second has two single beds, all made with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum. Small pets are allowed for an additional fee, payable at the time of booking. Please be mindful that their presence should not disrupt future stays or disturb our neighbors. Guests are responsible for removing any pet hair from the property, and we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning or any pet-related damage.

We had to check-in very late at night, but Beatrice was very helpful throughout the process. There were several things we needed to communicate with her/her team, and they were very helpful every time
