It is fully furnished with everything you need for a pleasant stay.

Welcome! A romantic studio for two in spectacular Pointe-Croisette, right across Palm Beach and less than 30 minutes on foot to Croisette Beach and Downtown Cannes. My home of 33m2 comes fully furnished with high-end furniture of Provençal style with plenty of storage space. As you enter from the entrance hallway, you'll see that the living room has cream-coloured and well-padded seating with a TV to entertain you. The couch can be converted into a double bed with fresh linens to ensure a goodnight's rest. There's also a small side table of a usable height that's perfect for laptop work. The small dining has well-designed chairs that tuck away neatly to allow extra room. Outside, there's a balcony with unobstructed views of Boulevard de la Croisette and garden furniture for you to relax on. You'll find plenty of high-end furniture in the kitchen and stylish countertops with wood inlays. Everything you'll ever need to cook meals can be found at arm's length. Enjoy the complimentary coffee provided. Additionally, there's a dressing room available for you to use by the entrance, while the bathroom has everything you'll need, including a top-load washing machine. Clean towels and toiletries are provided. The studio is sanitised and clean for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! NOTE: The apartment has direct access to the Boulevard de la Croisette, with beach access directly in front. Plus, all shops are available nearby.

If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum. Small pets are allowed for an additional fee, payable at the time of booking. Please be mindful that their presence should not disrupt future stays or disturb our neighbors. Guests are responsible for removing any pet hair from the property, and we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning or any pet-related damage.
