Welcome to GuestReady Essential in Valencia’s historic centre – just minutes from the main attractions, public transport, and plenty of cafés and restaurants. This 1-bedroom loft is ideal for 2 guests and can accommodate an additional person using the extendable sofa in the living area. You’ll have a fully equipped kitchen, fresh towels and linens, and fast Wi-Fi — everything you need for a comfortable city stay. A Note on Expectations: We like to be upfront so you know exactly what to expect, while still enjoying the comfort and convenience of our home. As with most historical buildings, the hallways and stairs are narrow, and access to the apartment is via two flights of stairs. Keys are collected and returned at a central pick-up point. The central location means you’re close to everything, but city noise (including rubbish collection and occasional neighbourhood activity) can be heard at night and in the early morning. Hot water and air conditioning are available but may take time to reach full performance. As in many Mediterranean cities, occasional dust or small insects may appear despite regular professional cleaning and pest control. The sofa can be extended for extra sleeping space, but it is not a standard sofa bed. Extra bedding is provided when booked for more than two guests. We look forward to hosting you in Valencia. We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
