You'll be just around the corner from the Mercat de Rusafa, a historic local neighbourhood marketplace perfect for food shopping, and just a few minutes walk from many other supermarkets and smaller produce/grocery shops. The city centre is also about 10 minutes walking distance. While the neighbourhood is lively, the apartment is on a relatively quiet street, so the serenity of the apartment isn't disturbed.

Welcome to my apartment! Situated on the 3rd floor, accessible by stairs, this lovely and tastefully decorated 70m2 apartment is close to various top attractions in Valencia! Designed with an open floor plan, the living room features a comfortable sofa bed, a wide-screen smart TV with multiple streaming options for your favourite shows, a desk, and a table for two. Additionally, a private balcony bathes the entire space in natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. The apartment is a loft with an additional mezzanine bedroom featuring a double bed. Below the main bedroom is a smaller guest bedroom with a single bed. Both bedrooms are equipped with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including towels and complimentary toiletries. Although the apartment is well-ventilated with windows on all sides, it is also equipped with AC for the hotter summer months. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
