This beautiful loft is perfect for guests who want to stay in a great location in Valencia. It has everything needed for an excellent stay. The property is close to the university area with many bars and restaurants around, and there are plenty of bus stops nearby, so guests can travel and explore the city easily!

Welcome to my apartment, This charming 60 m² property is ideal for families or friends looking to enjoy a memorable stay in the city. It has been recently renovated, offering comfort to guests. Upon entering, the open-concept kitchen includes essential cookware and cutlery, as well as an oven, stovetop, microwave, and coffee maker. A washing machine and dishwasher are also provided for added convenience. The bathroom has all the essentials, including clean towels, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries to make your stay even more comfortable. Upstairs in the loft, the living area features a cozy seating space with a double sofa bed, a TV, and a comfortable double bed. At the very top, there is a small single sofa bed and additional storage space. The property is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
