Our stylish apartment comprises a living room with a double sofa bed, a double bedroom, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a bathtub. The Metro Line 7B will give you easy access to the Capital's historic sites.

Welcome to my apartment! Situated on the 11th floor with a lift, this modern and tastefully decorated 40m² apartment is close to various attractions in Paris, such as La Place d'Italie! This apartment has an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa bed, a TV to watch all your favourite shows, and a dining table for four. The property features a balcony overlooking the garden, offering a l spot to enjoy your morning coffee or take in the serene views of the greenery below. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery for delicious meals, such as a fridge, an oven, a microwave, and a coffee machine. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. The bedroom has a double bed (140x200) with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including towels and complimentary toiletries. You will have access to Wifi during your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! Please note that occasional water cuts have occurred due to building maintenance, but the issue has been fixed.
