Ideally located just 2 minutes from the metro, you'll enjoy a peaceful stay in Paris. This apartment is available on a mobility lease only.

Welcome! The apartment is on the 1st floor, accessible only by stairs. Step into this 55 m² apartment and discover a bright, elegantly decorated space. The living area features a very comfortable sofa and a piano at your disposal. A fully equipped desk with a screen is also perfect for remote workers. The dining area offers a table that seats four guests, and the fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare your meals (oven, kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine). The upstairs bedroom features a double bed (140x200) made with high-quality hotel linens. Please note that the bed is accessible by stairs and under the roof, making the apartment unsuitable for guests with reduced mobility. The bathroom has a sink, mirror, shower, and toilet. A washing machine is also available for your convenience. Wi-Fi is provided throughout your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed. The apartment is professionally cleaned between stays. Enjoy your stay!

If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
