Step into this charming 100 m² apartment, perfectly located in a quiet residential building in Paris’s prestigious 6th arrondissement—just 200 meters from the beautiful Luxembourg Gardens. Situated on the first floor (please note, there is no elevator), this spacious flat is ideal for a relaxing Parisian stay. The bright and cozy living room features plush sofas and a TV, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the city. Enjoy shared meals or lively conversations in the dining area, which comfortably seats up to six guests. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to cook at home, a coffee machine with Nespresso capsules, a stove, a microwave, and all essential utensils. Both bedrooms offer comfortable double beds, dressed in crisp hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep. There are two bathrooms: one with a bathtub, and the other with a shower and toilet, perfect for families or groups. Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the apartment. For your peace of mind, a smoke detector is installed. The apartment is professionally cleaned before each stay to guarantee a spotless welcome. All that’s left to do is settle in and enjoy your Paris experience to the fullest!

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.

Apartament był bardzo wygodny i przestronny, położony w jednej z moich ulubionych dzielnic Paryża, w sąsiedztwie Ogrodów Luksemburskich. Łatwo było pobiegać po parku i dojść pieszo do kawiarni i brass
