.Welcome to my 33 m² apartment, located on the 4th floor with an elevator, in the 19th arrondissement of Paris. It comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests with a living room featuring a sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a balcony. Ideally located just a 4-minute walk from the metro, you’ll be able to enjoy a pleasant and peaceful stay in Paris.

Welcome to my apartment! The front door of this 33 m² apartment opens onto a bright, elegantly decorated space. The living room features a very comfortable sofa bed for two, as well as a television. It opens onto a balcony with a lovely view. The dining area includes a table that can seat up to four guests. The fully equipped kitchen provides all the appliances and utensils you need to prepare your meals (microwave, kettle, coffee machine). The bedroom has a double bed (140x200), carefully prepared with hotel-quality linens. A large closet is available for you to store your belongings and feel right at home. The bathroom includes a sink, a large mirror, a bathtub, and a toilet. You’ll have access to Wi-Fi throughout your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed. A professional cleaning service is carried out between each stay. All that’s left for you to do is unpack and enjoy!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum. For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.

: Apartament taki jak na zdjęciach, przyjemny, dobrze wyposażony i czysty. Idealny dla 2 osób dorosłych i jednego dziecka. Skrzynka na klucze nie jest łatwa w użyciu.
