Ideally located and within minutes of the metro station, you can enjoy a quiet and charming stay in Paris.

Modern and tastefully decorated, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay and is the ideal starting point for exploring the city. Please note that this property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. The entrance opens onto a bright living area, with a comfortable living room featuring a sofa and a television. The adjoining dining room features a table seating up to four, perfect for sharing meals with family or friends. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook just like at home: an oven, a cooking plate, a microwave, a refrigerator, a Nespresso coffee machine, utensils, and dishes. You will also find a washing machine for added convenience. The accommodation comprises a mezzanine bedroom carefully furnished to offer comfort and tranquillity. The bed (double – 120x200) is made up with hotel-quality bed linen. Storage space is available so that you can settle in comfortably. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a large mirror. The toilet is separated. The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi and has a smoke detector for your safety. The accommodation is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure your comfort. All that's left to do is drop off your bags and enjoy your stay to the fullest!
