This charming 35 m² one-bedroom apartment offers a cosy and comfortable retreat, perfect for couples looking for a relaxing and convenient stay. Although situated on the ground floor, please note that a few steps are required to reach the property. For your convenience, you’ll also have access to a shared laundry room and a communal terrace, where you can unwind and enjoy some fresh air. The bright, open-plan living area features a comfortable sofa, a TV for your entertainment, and a dining table—ideal for enjoying meals or relaxing after a day of exploring. The well-equipped kitchenette includes all the essentials you need to prepare your favourite meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, and cookware. The cosy bedroom features a comfortable double bed dressed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a peaceful and restful night’s sleep. The bathroom is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including fresh towels and complimentary toiletries. To ensure a pleasant experience, the apartment is professionally cleaned before every stay. We look forward to welcoming you and hope you have a wonderful stay!

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival. We will not be able to provide your check-in instructions until the contract is signed.
