The bright and welcoming living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa, a projector for movie nights or catching up on your favorite TV shows, and a dining table. Step outside onto the private balcony, where you’ll find a dining table perfect for al fresco meals The balcony creates an inviting space to unwind with a drink and soak up the Madeiran sun. On warm days, enjoy a refreshing dip in the shared pool. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious home-cooked meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, and essential cookware and cutlery. For added convenience, the kitchen also features a dishwasher to make clean-up effortless, while a washer, drying rack, and ironing equipment ensure all your laundry needs are taken care of. The apartment’s three bedrooms are designed for maximum comfort. The master bedroom boasts a luxurious king-sized bed, a private balcony where you can enjoy morning coffee and a spacious wardrobe. The second bedroom features another king-sized bed, a dedicated desk for remote work or study, and its own wardrobe. The third bedroom, furnished with two single beds, also offers ample wardrobe space, making it perfect for additional guests or children. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
