Apartment in the tourist area with shared swimming pool (unavailable for now due to maintenance) and great sea views. In a 20 minutes walk from the city centre and with all the amenities within walking distance including a large range of restaurants and pubs.

This apartment is fully equipped with all facilites required to have a great and relaxing holidays. The kitchen is fully furnished, it has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom ,1 bedroom with double bed, spacious living area and dining area , regarding to the bathrooms 1 bathroom is familiar with bath and shower. Balcony with endless sea views where you can seat and have your meals. Cable Tv and Wifi internet available. Building with shared swimming pool (unavailable due to maintenance) and lovely gardens. Funchal downtown it's only 30 minutes walking distance , there you will find nearby La Vie Shopping Center and in the area you will find all sorts of commerce. This apartment is nearby Forum Shopping Center it's only 20 minutes walk and there you can find all the amenities, in this area, you can find also a large range of restaurants and pubs.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Zdecydowanie chcemy ponownie zarezerwować ten obiekt: właściciel był bardzo pomocny i pomógł nam w trudnej sytuacji, za co jesteśmy mu bardzo wdzięczni.
