Welcome to my home! This bright and charming apartment features an open living and dining area, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. The dining area can comfortably accommodate four people. The kitchen is fitted with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including a stove, an oven, and a microwave. Both bedrooms feature a UK queen-sized bed each. The beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The sofa also turns into a UK double-sized bed. The bathroom has all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. The flat is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitised for your safety. Key pickup is within walking distance, and we’ll provide detailed instructions for a smooth check-in. A Note for Expectations: We like to be upfront so you know exactly what to expect while enjoying the comfort, convenience, and warm welcome of GuestReady Essential. As this is a street-level apartment, there will be some street noise. Please reach out to our 24/7 guest support for assistance. To help us avoid blockages and keep everything running smoothly, please do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet — no wipes, tissues, sanitary products, or other items. Even “flushable” wipes can cause major issues in older pipes. Please Note: If there is excessive electricity usage, you will be charged per KWT at the discretion of the owner. Enjoy your stay!

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time. Also, we will charge you for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :) There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €500 smoking fee, at minimum. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required). Please Note: If there is excessive electricity usage, you will be charged per KWT at the discretion of the owner.
