Designed with an open floor plan, the living area invites you to relax on a large, comfortable sofa, stream your favourite shows on the wide-screen smart TV, or gather around the dining table for shared meals. Step outside to your private terrace, where you can soak up sunny days or enjoy dinner in the fresh air. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, cookware, and cutlery. For added convenience, the home also comes with laundry facilities, including a washer and ironing equipment. With four bedrooms—featuring a king bed, a double bed, a bunk bed, and a single bed—the house can comfortably accommodate groups of all sizes. Each bed is dressed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, and the apartment is professionally cleaned before every stay for your comfort and peace of mind. Private parking is not available. Whether you’re here to explore Dublin’s vibrant city centre or simply unwind in a welcoming setting, this home has everything you need for a memorable stay. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge €120 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of €180 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
