Inside, the apartment features an open-plan layout designed for comfort and convenience. The living room includes a cosy sofa, a wide-screen smart TV with multiple streaming options, and a dining table for four, ideal for relaxed evenings in. There's also a private balcony with seating areas to lounge and enjoy the stunning views. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, cookware, and cutlery. A washer and ironing set are also available to take care of your laundry. The bedroom offers a plush queen-size bed with hotel-quality linens for a restful night’s sleep, while the bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries. Guests have full access to the building’s gym and swimming pool. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every stay to ensure a spotless welcome. Enjoy your stay! No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Everything went well and the accommodation was exactly as described. The host was responsive to any questions. Located 20 min from downtown with a parking space. Would recommend.
