Designed with an open-plan floor plan complete with high-end room amenities, this studio is a peaceful place to retreat after a long day in the city. The sleeping area contains a luxurious queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest. The area includes floor-to-ceiling windows that lead onto a furnished balcony where you can fully relax and enjoy the stunning Burj Khalifa view. The open-plan kitchen includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and cutleries to fulfil any culinary requirement. There is also a washer available for your laundry needs. The dining area has a beautiful table and chairs to relish your meals in luxury and style. The bathroom has all the amenities you'll need to freshen up, such as a rain shower, a toilet and a sink. Clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Enjoy your stay! Note: The swimming pool is not accessible due to maintenance issues until further notice. Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. While this may bring some urban sounds or affect the views from the property, it is all part of the city’s dynamic growth. We truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you.

Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays. ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM.
