Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall are about 800m away from the apartment. You can’t fail to miss Dubai’s iconic Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest building. It towers over the city and resides in the prestigious Downtown development. Specially commissioned sculptures line the roads and the Downtown is often used as a canvas for modern art displays and community events such as Classic Car Shows and National Day parades. In the cooler months, cross one of the many bridges to the Burj Khalifa park and enjoy a picnic alongside residents and visitors, or enjoy lunch or dinner and watch the dancing fountains. Because of its mixed-use, Downtown is a fantastic place to mix with Dubai residents and locals and watch real life unfold in a cosmopolitan environment. There is a gas station just nearby.

Welcome to my home! Designed with an open-plan living room/ bedroom complete with high-end room amenities, this home acts as a peaceful place to retreat after a long day in the city. The luxurious king bed comes with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest. There is also a private balcony that overlooks the stunning views of the skyscrapers. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal including a stove, an oven, and a microwave. The bathroom has all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up such as a large rain shower, a toilet and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. Restaurant within the building that provides room service and retail stores just below the unit. For your health and safety, the flat has been professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Enjoy your stay! Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. While this may bring some urban sounds or affect the views from the property, it is all part of the city’s dynamic growth. We truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you.

No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property.
