Welcome to my apartment! Modern and designed with an open-floor living, dining, and kitchen area, this home is a peaceful place to retreat after a long day in the city. In the bright living room, you will find a comfortable sitting area with an armchair, a TV with a Netflix subscription and large windows that bathe the entire space in natural sunlight throughout the day. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave, to prepare a delicious meal. There are two beautiful bedrooms, with a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom each. A service bathroom in the hallway that has fresh towels, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries to make your stay even more comfortable. The property has been professionally cleaned and strategically sanitised for your health and safety. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. The apartment also opens onto a little terrace, providing the perfect spot to savour the soft breeze and a cup of coffee. Enjoy your stay! Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness.
