Designed with an open-plan living room/bedroom, the studio is elegantly furnished and well-kept, with a sofa bed, a TV to watch all your favourite shows, and a comfortable queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep. The area includes floor-to-ceiling windows that lead onto a furnished balcony where you can fully relax and enjoy the serene views. The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and cutlery to fulfil your culinary requirements. A washer is available for your laundry needs. The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.4 Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. While this may bring some urban sounds or affect the views from the property, it is all part of the city’s dynamic growth. We truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM.
