Any evidence of smoking, such as odors or residues, failure to comply will result to forfeiture of the entire security deposit. The property holds a valid license from Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism (DET). We require a copy of your passport prior to arrival for registration with the Dubai Tourism Department. A Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 10 per night will apply, as mandated by Department of Economy and Tourism (DET).
