Welcome! Bay Central Community is located in the heart of Dubai Marina, between Marina and Jumeirah Beach Residences. It will take 40 minutes to reach the property from Dubai International Airport. Palm Jumeirah is 15 minutes away, the Mall of the Emirates is 20 minutes away, and the Dubai Marina Mall is 7 minutes away. This luxurious 55 m² apartment is located on the 2nd floor, accessible by lift. The living room is furnished with a sitting area, a TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group. Step outside and unwind on the spacious terrace, complete with outdoor furniture, making it the perfect spot for al fresco dining or enjoying your morning coffee. The open-plan kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to fulfil any culinary requirement. A washer is available for your laundry needs. The bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed with hotel-quality linens, ensuring a restful night's sleep, and multiple storage spaces. The bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or the surrounding area. great apartment but shame that we couldn't use the parking space 2 hours before check in when no one else using it and the check in time not flexible
