The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials to prepare home-cooked meals, including a stove and oven, microwave, electric kettle, utensils, cookware, and cutlery. Feel complimentary to use the coffee machine available at your leisure. You will also have a dishwasher for your added convenience. The apartment also features a washer and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs. You will have a lavish king bed in the bedroom, complete with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. Equipped with two bathrooms, an ensuite bathroom, and a guest bathroom, both have all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. Rest assured, the apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays. ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM.
