Marina Mall and the JBR 2 metro station are also within walking distance. Downstairs you have a Viva Supermarket and Life Pharmacy right next door and a vast selection of cafes, bars, and restaurants around the apartment, such as The Blacksmith Bar and Eatery, Alloro, and Tim Hortons.
