From there, guests can easily access the Dubai Metro or Tram to reach attractions like the Burj Khalifa, DXB Airport, or Ibn Battuta Bus Station, which is 15 minutes away by metro or 10 minutes by car for trips to Abu Dhabi. The nearby Dubai Marina Mall offers convenient shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Additionally, there are several Careem bike-sharing stations close to the tower, making it easy to explore the area. Around the community is a lake surrounding different clusters; around the lake, you can go for a jog, run, bike, or scooter to explore more of the community. From the metro station, you can also cross - no need to take the train and reach Dubai Marina Area. Below the building are various restaurants with different cuisines, from the building's ground floor to the restaurants surrounding the lake area. This studio apartment with lake views in JLT is the perfect getaway for couples and small families. It is fully furnished with first-class amenities to ensure a pleasant stay. There are plenty of nearby activities, shopping, and dining options. The apartment is also conveniently located near the metro station and other public transportation links, giving you easy access to the rest of the city.

Welcome! This lovely 36m2 studio is located on the 6th floor, accessible by lift. Designed with an open-plan living room/bedroom, the studio is elegantly furnished and very well-kept, with a sofa bed for extra guests, a TV to watch all your favourite shows and a comfortable king bed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep. Step outside and relax on the balcony with seating furniture perfect for the lake views. Please note that the lake is currently a work in progress and maintenance is underway. The kitchen includes appliances as well as essential cookware and crockery that will fulfil any of your culinary requirements. There is a washer available for your laundry needs. The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. While this may bring some urban sounds or affect the views from the property, it is all part of the city’s dynamic growth. We truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness.
