Welcome to my home! Centrally located in Dubai Marina and right on Marina Walk: it's nearby the famous twisted tower - Cayan Tower; and from the building, it'll take 18 minutes to drive to Dubai Mall, 10 minutes to Palm Jumeirah, 17 minutes to Burj Al Arab and 7 minutes to The Walk, Downtown and Dubai International Airport (DXB) is roughly 27 minutes drive. Those with enthusiasm for Hygge and Bohemian fashion will enjoy my home, with a welcoming living room that's well furnished with a comfortable sitting area where you can relax after a long day exploring the city and a TV to watch all your favourite shows. The open-plan kitchen has all the essential cookware and cutleries to fulfil culinary requirements and a dining table. The two bedrooms have king beds, while a sofa bed in the living area can accommodate two extra guests. Hotel-quality linens are provided for goodnight's sleep. The bathrooms have all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. There's a dedicated toilet room for guests to use. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Enjoy your stay! Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness.
