Welcome! The living room is elegantly furnished and very well-kept, with a single sofa bed, a TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group. The area includes floor-to-ceiling windows that lead onto a furnished balcony where you can fully relax and enjoy the views. The open-plan kitchen includes top-of-the-range appliances and essential cookware and crockery that will fulfil any of your culinary requirements. There is a washer available for your laundry needs. The first bedroom has a king-size bed, and the second has a queen-size bed. Both bedrooms are elegantly decorated, and the beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens. The bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. There is a fit-out taking place next door until September 10th, and some noise may be heard during the day. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Enjoy your stay! Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. Beautiful spacious apartment. Perfect for 2-4 people. Great balcony, smart TV, comfy beds with en-suites. Good gym on 42 floor. Walking distance from JBR and a couple local grocery/supermarkets nearby
