Welcome! This lovely 134 sqm apartment is located on the 28th floor, accessible by elevator. This elegant open-plan living space seamlessly combines the kitchen, dining, and lounge areas, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The living room features chic décor, a comfortable sofa bed, a large smart TV and large windows overlooking the Marina. Sliding doors open to a private balcony, offering a lovely spot to relax outdoors. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances, while the dining area, set with a stylish table for six, is perfect for hosting meals with family or friends. The first bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed and the second with a queen-size bed. Both bedrooms are elegantly decorated and the beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens. The master bedroom, in particular, has striking views of the Marina. The three bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. Moreover, the property offers direct beach access, making it perfect for guests looking to spend their holidays by the sea! During your stay, you will also have access to the shared pool. For entertainment, a cinema is located close by, which is ideal for a relaxing evening out. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Please note that Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments comes occasional construction in the apartment building or the surrounding area. While this may bring some urban sounds or affect the views from the property, it is all part of the city’s dynamic growth. We truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you. Guests will have access to the entire home except the gym. Guests can still access the pool using the access card provided. Guests will no longer have access to the building using access cards. They must use the intercom at the entrance, select the option to speak with the reception, and the reception team will verify them via camera before granting access.

Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays. ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
