It is fully furnished, and the property is located close to various attractions (JBR Beach, AquaFun Water Park, etc.), plenty of restaurants, shops and public transport. Step out of the building for direct access to the beach with just a 5-minute walk.

The living room features a comfy sofa bed, an armchair and a flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a long day in the city. There are also floor-to-ceiling windows that lead onto the furnished balcony, where you can lounge and enjoy the stunning city views! The modern kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries to fulfil your culinary requirements. There is also a washing machine if you wish to do laundry. There are two bedrooms. The first bedroom contains a king bed with magnificent sea views, and the second has a queen bed. Both beds are fitted with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathrooms have all the necessary amenities for your convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Enjoy your stay! Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. They must use the intercom at the entrance, select the option to speak with the reception, and the reception team will verify them via camera before granting access. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays. ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM.
