Spread across two beautifully decorated floors, the home combines comfort, style, and functionality. The living room features two plush sofas, a TV for your favourite shows, and a cosy fireplace that sets the mood for relaxed evenings together. The adjoining dining room, furnished with a large table and comfortable chairs, provides the ideal setting for family meals and special gatherings. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare delicious home-cooked meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, and all essential cookware and cutlery. For added convenience, the property also includes a washer and ironing equipment to take care of your laundry needs during your stay. The house accommodates guests with ease across five thoughtfully arranged bedrooms: four with double beds and one with a single bed. Each room is fitted with complimentary hotel-quality linens, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The two bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and toiletries, so you have everything you need to refresh and unwind. The highlight of the property is the inviting outdoor space. It boasts a private pool for cooling off on warm summer days, a barbecue area perfect for alfresco dining, and a sun deck complete with loungers and a seating area where you can relax and soak up the Mediterranean sunshine. Check-in can be done from 4 PM, pending availability and confirmation. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
