Welcome to my apartment! In the heart of Barcelona, this 65m2 two bedroom apartment is fully furnished. Walking distance to Sagrada Familia and ideal for groups of four or families. The environment is extremely popular with locals and tourists alike, with small stores and places to eat scattered throughout the neighborhood. It has a bright and spacious living room, where you also have the TV and dining table. The kitchen, although small, is well equipped with all the essentials for a pleasant and complete stay. Both bedrooms have double beds, built-in closets and windows that let in natural light. The bathroom is small and well ventilated, with a walk-in shower. Towels, toiletries and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience. Enjoy your stay!

Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. If you need cleaning or extra linen, please let us know, and we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Good at responding to supplies. For example, we needed a baby arm. Which the host had ordered for us online. The apartment was in good condition, private and modern. Nice neighborhood.
