This bright and thoughtfully designed studio apartment offers everything you need for a comfortable and memorable stay in Dubai. Designed with an open-plan living room/bedroom, the studio is elegantly furnished and very well-kept, with a sitting area, a TV to watch all your favourite shows and a comfortable double bed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep. The area includes floor-to-ceiling windows that lead onto a furnished balcony where you can fully relax. Step out onto your private balcony to enjoy a morning coffee or take in the stunning views of the community. Guests also have access to fantastic on-site amenities, including a swimming pool, fitness center, and lush parks—all within a vibrant gated community just steps from the Trump International Golf Club. The kitchen includes appliances as well as essential cookware and crockery that will fulfil any of your culinary requirements. There is a washer available for your laundry needs. The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed, as they are compulsory for check-in. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests. Please note that late check-ins after 21:00 are subject to a surcharge of AED 150. This fee must be paid in advance to ensure a smooth and seamless check-in process. Due to local laws, we will need a copy of your passport before your arrival, which we must upload to the Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. As per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), guests will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED X per night.
