Modern and tastefully decorated, it is near various top attractions in Dubai, such as Dubai Hills Mall – an interactive mall with a small theme park inside. Hospitals, schools, and business establishments are within the community, while Spinney's is just a short distance away. Aster and Nahdi Pharmacy are also within walking distance. Designed with an open floor plan, the living room features a comfortable sofa, a wide-screen smart TV for watching your favourite shows through multiple streaming options, and a dining table for four. There's also a private balcony with seating areas to lounge and enjoy the views. The kitchen has essential cookware and cutlery, including a stove, oven, and microwave. The apartment also provides a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. The bedroom boasts a queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom contains all necessary amenities, including towels and complimentary toiletries. During your stay, you will have access to the gym and pool. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness.
