The apartment is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Enjoy your stay! No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests. Additional Services: Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay. Note: Use the toilet for its intended purpose only. Anything other than human waste or toilet paper should not be flushed down. Dispose of feminine hygiene products, wet wipes, and other nondegradable items in the trash cans. Don’t pour cooking grease, oils or fats down the sink drains, as they solidify and contribute o blockages in pipelines. Limit the use of chemical drain cleaners and other harsh cleaning agents that can corrode plumbing pipes and cause blockages. Report any signs of clogging, such as slow drainage or overflowing toilets, to our team immediately.
